You may know me from the popular television program 'De Erfgenaam', which airs on RTL4 (in 2024 for the 4th season).

In addition to my work as the expert of this program, I work as a professional executor and liquidator of estates. I offer these services through Executeur.nl (in Dutch).

A regular part of settling an estate is the sale or lease of a home or other real estate. Our experience is that heirs prefer that we do this instead of a third party, partly because of our extensive expertise.

This way we have more control over the process and its various legal aspects and can keep the costs at a minimum for the heirs .

Sale

We sell houses, recreational homes and commercial property both domestically and internationally from estates at the request and on behalf of heirs.

Management

We manage real property from estates held by heirs, provide maintenance services and are the first point of contact for tenants and other interested parties.

Estate clearances

Oftentimes a house needs to be cleared as part of the (intended) sale or division of a property. We store goods, deliver them to the heirs or recycle them.
